Fla. Appeals Court Reverses Course On Workers' Comp Limit

Law360, Miami (September 23, 2013, 9:44 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Monday reversed its previous ruling that extended temporary disability benefits from 104 weeks to 260 weeks, saying workers who max out on the temporary benefits can immediately claim permanent ones.
