Doctors Suing OnCure Object To Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, Wilmington (September 23, 2013, 10:22 PM EDT) -- Physicians involved in an adversary proceeding against bankrupt OnCure Holdings Inc. argued Monday that the company's Chapter 11 plan, which includes a $125 million deal for its network of oncology treatment centers, should not be confirmed because OnCure kept creditors in the dark about the doctors' complaint.

In an objection filed in Delaware bankruptcy court, the physicians, who seek a declaration affirming their right to cancel contracts that tie them to the network, claim OnCure “sounded a roaring alarm” against the suit only after its disclosure...
