AGs Urge FDA To Regulate Sale, Advertising Of E-Cigarettes

Law360, New York (September 24, 2013, 2:18 PM EDT) -- A coalition of 40 attorneys general urged the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Tuesday to enact regulations controlling the sale and marketing of e-cigarettes, warning that the devices are increasingly popular with minors and are not subject to any safety oversight.
