Hazy FDA Rules Cloud Medical Food's Future

Law360, New York (September 24, 2013, 8:57 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration's recent attempt to clarify which products it considers medical food has only led to more regulatory uncertainty, so companies are likely to avoid entering the field, which some had viewed as a promising niche market, attorneys say.
