Ethanol Plant Contractor Sues Over $4M Defect Settlement

Law360, New York (September 24, 2013, 6:23 PM EDT) -- An industrial contractor has demanded reimbursement of a $4.3 million settlement over shoddy work at two ethanol plants from an Argo Group casualty insurer, arguing an exclusion for contractually-assumed liability doesn't apply, according to a lawsuit removed Tuesday to Minnesota federal court.
