Law360, Philadelphia (September 24, 2013, 6:22 PM EDT) -- Two of Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes units filed suit against two of their former sales representatives in Pennsylvania federal court on Monday, alleging that they have been actively soliciting the business of former DePuy Synthes customers on behalf of their new employer, Peerless Surgical Inc.
