Towers Perrin Settles Watson Wyatt Merger Suit For $10M

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 1:55 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday approved a $10 million settlement of a proposed class action alleging the merger between human resources services firm Towers Perrin Forster & Crosby Inc. and Watson Wyatt Worldwide Inc. cost its retired principals millions.
