Constitutional Think Tank Backs NLRB In Appointments Feud

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 5:21 PM EDT) -- Think tank the Constitutional Accountability Center on Friday backed the National Labor Relations Board's challenge to the D.C. Circuit's blockbuster Noel Canning ruling, arguing that President Obama was within his power when he added three recess appointees to the NLRB  last year.
