DOL Says Court Can't Review Its H-2B Visa Rules

Law360, Los Angeles (September 25, 2013, 4:41 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor on Monday reiterated its arguments against a lawsuit challenging its rules governing the H-2B visa program for unskilled workers, saying the Florida federal court overseeing the case lacks jurisdiction and the plaintiffs have failed to plead any injuries for which there is legal redress.
