5 Biggest IP Offices Join Forces To Speed Patent Apps

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 2:25 PM EDT) -- The world's five largest intellectual property offices, including the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, announced Tuesday that they are launching a pilot program to allow applicants whose claims are found patentable by one office to speed up processing of their applications in the other offices.
