EU Parliament Committee OKs Special Medical Device Checks

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 3:35 PM EDT) -- A European Parliament panel on Wednesday cleared proposals to strengthen the EU's controls on medical devices and subject high-risk devices to pre-market authorizations in an effort to boost patient safety.
