ACA Exchanges In Colo., DC Experience Technical Glitches

Law360, New York (September 25, 2013, 6:34 PM EDT) -- Citing technical glitches, Colorado and the District of Columbia said Wednesday that they will temporarily restrict online enrollment when their Affordable Care Act health insurance exchanges debut next week, a hiccup officials attributed to problems with accurately doling out tax credits.

The delays, which come on the heels of a similar announcement recently by Oregon, both involve the software that connects the exchanges with Medicaid systems, links that will be present in every online marketplace opening on Tuesday.
