Energy Attys Slam Feds For Meddling In Pa. Fracking

Speaking on the second and final day of the Shale Insight 2013 conference, former DEP Secretary Michael Krancer, now a partner at Blank Rome LLP, defended a guidance he published in November 2012 on determining whether emissions from oil and gas operations come from a single source.
