Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 6:27 PM EDT) -- Hydrocarbon company Emery Refining LLC has revised its plan for building a $230 million oil refinery near Green River, Utah, after protests from environmental groups, and it intends to start construction this year, it announced Monday.
