Pa. Justices Reaffirm Asbestos Exposure Testimony Standard

Law360, Philadelphia (September 27, 2013, 7:56 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Thursday reaffirmed several guiding principles in asbestos exposure cases, including the dismissal of the ‘every breath’ theory, as it issued an order overturning a decision that reduced the burden plaintiffs must bear when presenting expert testimony on causation.
