Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 3:08 PM EDT) -- A Catholic schoolteacher who filed a bias suit against an Indiana diocese for firing her after she underwent in vitro fertilization treatment had misinterpreted a prior ruling in the case as a green light for “unbridled discovery,” the diocese told a federal court Wednesday.
