FERC Urged To Review Dominion's $3.4B LNG Export Project

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 4:42 PM EDT) -- Environmental groups including the Sierra Club renewed demands on Thursday that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission conduct a full-scale environmental review of Dominion Cove Point LNG LP's $3.4 billion liquefied natural gas facility expansion, after an alleged lackluster response to FERC environmental and safety inquiries.
