Gov't Shutdown Grounds Employment Regulators

Law360, New York (October 1, 2013, 12:10 AM EDT) -- The shutdown of the U.S. government that began early Tuesday will force federal employment regulators to put almost all of their enforcement efforts on hold, potentially saddling the agencies with significant backlogs to wade through when they get back up and running.
