Biomet Sued Over $3M Scheme To Steal Stryker Sales Reps

Law360, Los Angeles (September 30, 2013, 4:14 PM EDT) -- Stryker Corp. hit Biomet Inc. and two former Stryker employees with a breach of contract lawsuit in Michigan federal court Monday over an alleged scheme to erode the company’s customer relationships and intentionally sabotage Stryker’s ability to compete in the marketplace, costing the company more than $3 million.
