DOJ Must Face Legislators' 'Fast And Furious' Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (October 1, 2013, 8:53 PM EDT) -- A D.C. federal judge on Monday refused the U.S. Justice Department's request to dismiss a lawsuit brought by a group of legislators seeking to compel the release of certain records pertaining to the Operation "Fast and Furious" gunrunning scandal, saying the court has jurisdiction to rule on a dispute between government branches.
