Enviros Score Win In Bid For EPA Coal Ash Review

Law360, New York (October 3, 2013, 4:57 PM EDT) -- A Washington, D.C., court handed a partial win on Monday to a coalition of environmental groups suing the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to force it to update coal ash regulations they say are more than three decades overdue for revision.
