$250M Wis. Wind Farm Project Gets The Green Light

Law360, New York (October 4, 2013, 1:30 PM EDT) -- Wisconsin's Public Service Commission has approved a $250 million wind farm in the towns of Forest and Cylon after initially rejecting it for noise concerns earlier this year, the regulator announced.

The PSC's 2-1 decision led to praise from project developer Emerging Energies of Wisconsin LLC.
