Dems Back Funding Bill Tied To Repeal Of ACA Device Tax

Law360, Washington (October 3, 2013, 8:22 PM EDT) -- A group of House Democrats on Thursday came out in favor of a repeal of the Affordable Care Act's controversial medical device tax, saying they would support the measure if Republican lawmakers would agree to pass a bill funding the government through March.
