3 Million Customer Accounts Compromised In Adobe Hack

Law360, San Francisco (October 3, 2013, 8:42 PM EDT) -- Hackers made off with encrypted credit card information for 2.9 million Adobe Systems Inc. customers, as well as source code for some of its most popular software products, the company's chief security officer revealed in a statement Thursday.

Brad Arkin stated the company believes that the attackers did not grab any unencrypted credit or debit card numbers, and that the source code breach doesn't pose any additional risks to Adobe customers.
