Industry Will Benefit From Emission Fee Hike, Pa. DEP Says

Law360, Philadelphia (October 4, 2013, 2:56 PM EDT) -- Responding to concerns raised by Pennsylvania regulatory reviewers, a state Department of Environmental Protection unit said Thursday that a proposed plan to hike air emission fees by 50 percent would benefit industry and the public by ensuring adequate staffing for air quality permit program operations.
