SEC Targets 3 More Hollinger Execs In Fraud Probe

Law360 (December 15, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Securities and Exchange Commission has set its sights on three more officials of crumbling media company Hollinger Inc., notifying three directors of the company’s audit committee that they may be sued for their failure to stop the massive fraud allegedly orchestrated by top executives.

James R. Thompson, Richard R. Burt and Marie-Josee Kravis received Wells Notices from the SEC, alerting them that the Commission may file civil suits against them in conjunction with their activities at Hollinger.
