Ariz. Asks High Court To Uphold 20-Week-Plus Abortion Ban

Law360, New York (October 4, 2013, 4:17 PM EDT) -- The Arizona attorney general has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to take up his challenge of a May ruling in which the Ninth Circuit found the state’s ban on most abortions after 20 weeks to be unconstitutional.
