State AGs Warn Of Affordable Care Act Scams

Law360, New York (October 4, 2013, 9:35 PM EDT) -- Attorneys general from several states this week warned their constituents to be on the lookout for scams targeting people signing up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act, saying registrants’ personal information could be at risk.
