Hospital Settles Religious Bias Suit Over Veganism

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 1:53 PM EDT) -- Cincinnati Children's Hospital has settled a case brought by a former worker who filed a religious discrimination lawsuit after being fired for refusing to get a flu vaccination she said conflicted with her vegan beliefs, the parties told an Ohio federal court Friday.
