High Court Snubs Appeal Of Abramoff Underling's Conviction

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 4:06 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear an appeal brought by a former lobbyist who was convicted of bribing public officials in the Jack Abramoff scandal, effectively refusing to clarify the high court's 2010 ruling that limited the use of a sweeping anti-corruption law.
