Assistant Stole Over $300K, Philly Law Firm Founder Says

Law360, Philadelphia (October 7, 2013, 7:17 PM EDT) -- The founder of Philadelphia plaintiffs firm Sheller PC filed suit in Pennsylvania state court on Thursday, accusing a former executive assistant, hired to handle his personal finances and recently indicted for fraud, of using his bank account information to bilk him out of approximately $300,000.
