Mayer Brown Gets New Digs In Manhattan

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 6:33 PM EDT) -- Mayer Brown LLP will move its New York office from 1675 Broadway to 1221 Avenue of the Americas, also known as the McGraw-Hill building, the firm announced Monday.

Mayer Brown has signed a long-term lease for about 190,000 square feet at 1221 Avenue of the Americas, where it plans to move by the end of 2014 after a significant build-out beginning early next year. The new office will have a more modern design, aimed at maximizing efficiency, the firm said.
