Bankruptcy Stay Continues Against Anglo Irish Bank Suit

Law360, Wilmington (October 8, 2013, 9:10 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge dealt a setback Tuesday to customers suing Chapter 15 petitioner Irish Bank Resolution Corp. Ltd., formerly known as Anglo Irish Bank, for fraud, refusing to lift a stay against their action before the court determines whether to approve the bank's bid for U.S. protection.
