Catholic Teacher Axed Over IVF Gets Broad Discovery OK'd

Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 8:13 PM EDT) -- An Indiana federal court ruled Monday that constitutional and statutory protections for religious institutions don't shield an Indiana diocese from having to respond to discovery requests made by a former Catholic-school teacher who lost her job after undergoing in vitro fertilization treatments.
