Le-Nature's Ex-CEO Says Inept Atty Caused 20-Year Sentence

Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 7:54 PM EDT) -- The former CEO of bankrupt beverage maker Le-Nature's Inc. asked a Pennsylvania federal judge Sunday to vacate the 20-year prison sentence he is serving for his role in a $668 million accounting fraud, saying his attorney was incompetent and laundering fees.
