DOE Says Contaminated Nuke Site Cleanup Behind Schedule

Law360, New York (October 9, 2013, 6:54 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Energy has informed Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson that it may not be able to meet three court-ordered cleanup deadlines for one of the most contaminated nuclear sites in the country, Ferguson said in a statement Tuesday.
