Law360, New York (October 9, 2013, 5:48 PM EDT) -- A Maryland federal judge on Monday removed a hurdle for power giant Dominion Resources Inc.'s interstate gas transmission unit to build a natural gas compressor station in Myersville, saying local zoning laws that the town council had cited to reject the project were preempted by federal law.
