Kaplan Asks 6th Circ. Not To Revive EEOC Credit Check Suit

Law360, New York (October 10, 2013, 3:17 PM EDT) -- Kaplan Inc. urged the Sixth Circuit to reject the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's bid to revive a race discrimination suit over the company's use of credit checks in hiring, saying that an Ohio federal court was right to nix the case.
