Va. Can't Shake Abortion Clinic's Challenge To Health Laws

Law360, New York (October 10, 2013, 5:00 PM EDT) -- A Virginia judge on Wednesday refused to let state health regulators dodge a lawsuit challenging medical facility regulations that allegedly single out clinics providing abortions for disparate treatment and contravene the intent of the state legislature.
