Russia’s Answer To FCPA Guidance

Law360, New York (October 10, 2013, 2:59 PM EDT) -- In a move reminiscent of the recent Foreign Corrupt Practices Act guidance issued by the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Russia’s Supreme Court last month offered guidance on the interpretation and enforcement of Russian anti-corruption law, the first such guidance issued in 13 years.
