Law360, Los Angeles (October 10, 2013, 4:18 PM EDT) -- An ex-South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services employee allegedly involved in a political scandal faces up to 25 years in prison, after pleading guilty to accessing confidential agency health records for 228,000 people, the state attorney general's office said Tuesday.
