Hogan Lovells Snags Field Fisher Waterhouse Privacy Head

Law360, New York (October 11, 2013, 1:36 PM EDT) -- Hogan Lovells has hired Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP’s privacy and information law group head to join its own global privacy and information management practice, it said Thursday.

Eduardo Ustaran won’t join Hogan Lovells until May 2015, however, because Field Fisher Waterhouse exercised its 18-month notice option, which a firm spokesman said is part of the member agreement. Once he does join Hogan Lovells, Ustaran will be based in the London office and manage the firm’s European privacy and information management capability.
