IFC To Help Raise Up To $420M For Brazil Wind Project

Law360, New York (October 11, 2013, 4:56 PM EDT) -- The International Financial Corp. is considering a loan between $200 million and $420 million to finance the construction of wind farms in Brazil, according to the World Bank Group.

Enel Wind Brazil, a subsidiary of the Italian Enel Group of companies, is developing the project for a total of $600 million and expects it to provide 342 megawatts of power when it's finished in two years.
