Fla. Atty In Allied Veterans Scheme Plans To Fight Conviction

Law360, Miami (October 15, 2013, 4:56 PM EDT) -- The attorney for a Florida lawyer convicted Friday for his role in advising Allied Veterans of the World in a $300 million illegal gambling center conspiracy said Monday that he plans to fight the conviction, saying excluded evidence would have acquitted his client.
