Dutch Software Co. Unit4 Mulls PE Firms' €1B Offer

Law360, New York (October 15, 2013, 7:21 PM EDT) -- Private equity firms want to buy Dutch software company Unit4, valuing its shares at €35 ($47.32) per share, which is equal to about €1 billion, the company announced Tuesday.

Unit4 said that nothing is final about the proposals, which it will review over the next few weeks. However, the company has hired De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek as legal adviser and ING Corporate Finance and Oppenheimer Europe Ltd as financial advisers to study the deal.
