Justices Won't Hear EPA Water Transfer Appeals

Law360, New York (October 15, 2013, 2:50 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to hear a fight over a contentious law by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that allows some transfers from one body of water to another without requiring a permit to do so.
