Diversity Report Gives BigLaw In Dallas Failing Grade

Law360, New York (October 15, 2013, 7:11 PM EDT) -- BigLaw in Dallas continues to fail miserably in racial diversity, according to a report released Tuesday, with the already low minority representation among equity partnerships showing a significant drop this year.

Just 20 of 799 equity partners at 19 participating firms in Dallas County — less than 3 percent — are minority lawyers, a drop of about half from last year, according to the 2013 report from the Dallas Diversity Task Force.
