Dura, Nyloncraft Reach $2M Deal

Law360, New York (February 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A bankruptcy judge gave Nyloncraft Inc. the green light on Friday to pay Dura Automotive Systems Inc. almost $2 million, settling a debt dating from the automotive plastics company's purchase of Dura's plastic products business in 2002.

Judge Kevin J. Carey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware found that the relief was in the best interest of Dura's estates and that the settlement was in the exercise of its sound business judgment.
