NJ Senate Panel Clears Christie High Court Nominee

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 7:32 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey Senate committee that has sunk or sat on several of Gov. Chris Christie's recent nominees to the state Supreme Court on Thursday unanimously cleared a Cuban-born Superior Court judge to become an associate justice on the panel.
