FELA Firm Can't Dodge Trial In Malpractice Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (October 16, 2013, 3:21 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania judge on Tuesday rejected efforts by a Philadelphia-based firm specializing in Federal Employers Liability Act suits to dodge a trial over allegations that it agreed to take on a former Amtrak worker's personal injury suit against the railroad but later dropped the case without informing him.
